1. General Return & Exchange Terms

By purchasing from Dragon Shoes, you agree to the following terms:

1.1 We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition.

  • The product is returned within the allowed time frame (mentioned below).

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice) is provided.

1.2 We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund or exchange.

1.3 Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper storage, or negligence will not be accepted for return or exchange.


2. Eligibility Time Frame

2.1 Returns:

  • Must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • After 7 days, no return requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

2.2 Exchanges:

  • Must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Exchange requests after 14 days will not be accepted.

2.3 Delivery Issues:

  • If you receive a wrong product, size issue, or manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via our official contact channels.


3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or our customer service hotline.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear pictures of the product showing its current condition.

  3. Once approved, ship the product back to our provided address.
    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).


4. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

4.1 The product must be in its original condition:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Without any stains, marks, scratches, or odors

  • With original shoe box and packaging

4.2 If any of the above conditions are not met, Dragon Shoes reserves the right to reject the return/exchange request.

4.3 Sale items or items purchased during promotional offers are non-refundable and can only be exchanged if defective.

4.4 Customized or special-order shoes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refunds are processed only if:

  • The product is defective due to manufacturing fault.

  • The wrong item was sent by us.

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

5.2 Refunds will be issued within 7-14 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

5.3 Refunds will be given through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the customer’s choice.


6. Exchange Policy

6.1 If you ordered the wrong size:

  • You can exchange for the correct size, subject to availability.

  • Customer bears the cost of return shipping and re-delivery.

6.2 If the product is defective or incorrect:

  • We will bear all shipping costs for exchange.

6.3 Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

  • If there is a manufacturing defect, we take full responsibility and will replace or refund the product without extra cost.

  • We are NOT responsible for damages caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • We are NOT responsible for minor variations in color or texture due to display differences.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or worn shoes

  • Shoes without original packaging

  • Customized or personalized footwear

  • Clearance/sale items


9. Shipping Responsibility

9.1 For Returns due to Customer Choice:

  • Customer pays for return shipping.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

9.2 For Returns due to Our Mistake:

  • We cover full return and replacement shipping costs.


10. Damaged or Defective Products

10.1 If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 24 hours with pictures/videos of the issue.

  • Do not dispose of the product or packaging until return/exchange is confirmed.

10.2 Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
